This app utilizes the AccessibilityService permission to optionally enhance accessibility for certain system functionalities, such as desktop gestures. For instance, locking the screen or accessing the Recent Apps screen. Nova will prompt you to enable this feature if necessary for your setup; however, it is often not required! No data is gathered through the AccessibilityService, it solely invokes system actions.

The app also employs Device Administrator permission for optional screen lock functionality.

A Notification Listener is utilized for optional icon badges and media playback controls as well.
